PAELLA AND RICE DISHES IN MADRID

THE RICE THAT BRINGS 80% OF OUR GUESTS BACK

Rice cooked to order, in the paella pan, for sharing

At Puerto Noble, rice is the star. We cook it to order in the paella pan, with our own stock and seasonal produce, and serve it for a minimum of two people. It takes about 20-25 minutes: well worth the wait.

Most popular: Senyoret (peeled seafood, ready to eat), Ibérico Confitado (Iberian pork, crackling and confit garlic) and Pulpo y Gambón (octopus and king prawn).

Classics that never fail: Verde (seasonal vegetables), Mar Negro (black rice with aioli), Del Mar (cod and cauliflower), Toro (oxtail), Tradicional (Iberian pork and seasonal mushrooms) and Pez (squid and king prawn).

House specials: Mr Madurga (beef tenderloin and foie gras), Dulce Ivory (Burgos black pudding, apple and pine nuts), Huerta de Ana (free-range chicken and artichokes), Secreto de José (parmesan and mushrooms), Massimo Capricho (entrecôte with mushrooms) and Port Leonardo (king prawn and scallops).

Our rice dishes cost between €18 and €32 per person. If you want to try a bit of everything, the €50 tasting menu (minimum two people) includes starters to share, a rice dish of your choice and dessert. You can also order our rice dishes to take away.
